About the Job:
A Solheim Environmental Services Aide (“Laundy Aide”) contributes to the success of Solheim by effectively performing laundry duties in both residential and skilled nursing laundry areas. As with all positions at Solheim, Housekeepers must be willing and able to work as “team players,” providing consistent high quality care for patients/residents.
This is a position which requires scheduling flexibility (scheduled days and times may change from week to week) and is eligible for overtime pay.
On a typical day, a Laundry Aide at Solheim will:
- Be separating laundry, washing laundry, drying laundry, and folding laundry according to Solheim’s laundry procedures.
Desired Qualifications / Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent (required)
- 3 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility/hospital setting or residential retirement environment (preferred)
- Bilingual – English/Spanish (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
