Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment within our facilities.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Responsible for locking facilities at the end of the shift.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required
