*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated independent contractor House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a proper manner
- Assist with laundry and ironing as required
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Familiarity with floor care techniques is a plus
