Restoration Technician
Paul Davis Emergency Services of Norman, OK is a leading provider of water and fire dame restoration and Mold Remediation. Our territory includes all of Central Oklahoma.
Position Summary:
The Restoration Technician will be responsible for the overall project management of all activities related to the remediation and restoration of contaminated sites. This position will work closely with our Project Managers to ensure that all project milestones are met and that on-site progress reports are accurate. The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations including site clean up, demolition, testing, remediation activities, and documentation. The individual will also be responsible for project planning and scheduling to ensure on-time completion of projects.
Essential Functions:
·Perform site clean up activities (extraction, demolition, cleaning) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements; ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
·Perform site monitoring and record observations as well as take appropriate action as needed.
·Prepare and submit progress reports on job progress to appropriate management personnel.
·Prepare documentation as required including but not limited to Site Reports, Site Observations and Reports.
·Prepare general maintenance tasks such as installation of equipment or maintenance tasks associated with facilities or equipment; perform other related duties as assigned by Project Manager.
·Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Required Skills:
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds up-down; must be able to bend at the knees in order to reach down-below.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
