As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, orderly, and in top working condition. This role involves a mix of general cleaning duties and minor exterior maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and restock restrooms and common areas as needed.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Conduct light exterior maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, window cleaning, and power washing.
Perform landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and maintaining garden beds.
Monitor and report any necessary repairs or replacements to the supervisor.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and power washers.
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary.
Assist with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning and light maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
