Location: Estes Park, Colorado (Estes Park Center) or Granby, Colorado (Snow Mountain Ranch)
Position Summary: Housekeeping - staff are responsible for having assigned cabins and lodge rooms cleaned by check-in time and to meet the expectations of the supervisors and guests. This includes cleaning fireplaces, vacuuming and dusting, stripping linens and making beds, washing windows, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers, emptying trash, mopping and sweeping floors, and cleaning ovens.
General YMCA of the Rockies Requirements:
- Possess excellent customer service skills; for example, friendly, personable, helpful, patient, and professional
- Bilingual preferred
- Support the Association safety program. Promote safe work practices and a safe environment for guests, members, and staff
- Promote a cooperative, positive, and flexible atmosphere while working with others in a diverse environment
- Attend required abuse risk management training and report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism is required.
- Must meet acceptable criminal background check standards.
