## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.
## Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure spaces are well-maintained
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Handle floor care including buffing and waxing
- Assist with residential painting tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas
- Act as a custodial porter to keep areas clean and orderly
## Skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning preferred
- Proficiency in floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.82 - $15.97 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
