Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for providing restoration services for properties affected by water damage, fire damage, mold, and other related issues. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various restoration techniques and the ability to use both hand and power tools. Responsibilities: - Perform water damage restoration including extraction, drying, and dehumidification - Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures - Restore properties affected by fire damage, including cleaning and rebuilding - Clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate techniques and equipment - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete restoration tasks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the restoration process Experience: - Previous experience in restoration work is required - Knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and carpet cleaning techniques - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the restoration industry - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills Note: This is a paid position.
