As a Lead Tech, you will effectively perform all water damage mitigation services the company offers such as:
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns with professionalism
- Perform high quality water mitigation services
- Water extraction
- Performing demolition tasks
- Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
- Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
- Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
- Perform job cleanup and breakdown
- Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, detail pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity
- Effectively Lead a work crew
- Requirements:
- IICRC certification preferred
- Experience in water mitigation
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
- Ability to be part of our on call 24/7 service commitment.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform.Benefits
