North West Restoration in Richland, WA is in need of a Cleaning Technician. This role is responsible for assisting with the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire and smoke. Cleaning Technicians provide content cleaning labor, packing of customer contents, site cleanup and completion of detailed job records/inventory.
Some experience in cleaning is desired. Experience in the construction or restoration industry is considered beneficial. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to attend job sites and must be detailed oriented & reliable. Strong customer skills, ability to take direction and follow pre-established guidelines, communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing, ability to multitask and prioritize and work well with others. Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
