POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek a proactive Housekeeping Coordinator to collaborate with our cleaning staff and interior and exterior inspectors. As a Housekeeping Coordinator at SeaBreeze Vacation, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across our portfolio of properties.
You will manage and oversee the housekeeping team, coordinate with inspectors, and ensure that all properties meet our quality standards.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of SeaBreeze Vacation by reporting to the Director of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and schedule housekeeping cleaners inspectors (interior and exterior).
- Coordinate with interior and exterior inspectors to address any issues.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to meet the demands of occupancy and turnover.
- Implement and maintain checklists and cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assign tasks for work to be completed to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure homes are ready before guests arrive, ensuring the pre-arrival inspections are completed promptly.
- Oversee staff of cleaners and interior and exterior inspectors, ensuring the team meets check-in timelines.
- Collaborates with Management to address any property & guest-specific needs or concerns.
- Respond to urgent needs affecting housekeeping issues as they arise.
- Manage the personal linens of owners and their properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for housekeeping-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with Reservations to prioritize cleaning tasks based on guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory usage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred fluent in English & Spanish.
- Proven management experience in a housekeeping or property management role is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
