Full time, daytime hours, 8:00- 6. Monday through Friday.

The opportunity and benefits:
- Base pay starts $16 -$17 /hr (depending on experience, paid training provided) + tips & great bonus program after 30 days.
- Easily average $20-23 / hour or more (base pay + tips & bonuses). Earning and growth potential is up to you!

Duties:
- Working in our client's homes cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and tile floors. An eye for detail and a high standard of work.
- Rug cleaning in our warehouse.
- Ability to drive company van to and from customer homes.
- After training period, be able to measure and price jobs. Good with customers to discuss options and work to be performed.
Requirements:
We don't require experience, we have an excellent training program to teach you to do the job well.
The right candidate will be extremally reliable, and be able to do physical work that involves being on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Here's what else you'll need:
- Have a great attitude, be helpful with teammates and customers, and courteous in their homes. Look for ways to provide outstanding service experiences.
- Able to speak and write in English clearly.
- Be willing to serve and be part of a team but also work well unsupervised.
- Have NO visible tattoos (if you can cover them, they may be ok).
- Maintain a clean cut, neat and clean appearance (including neatly groomed hair and no facial piercings while on the clock).
- Have a clean valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work.
- Pass a background check and be drug-free.
- Reliable, show up to work on time every day energetic and friendly. Being on time and not missing work is very important to us (we're a small group).
- Be able to do basic math figuring out prices.
- An eye for details, doing a thorough job cleaning and being organized while still being productive and getting jobs done on time.
