Job Outline

The Bottling Specialist is responsible for working as team members in assembling, packaging, and casing production of Atlantic Candy Company.

Responsibilities

* Capable of completing QC checks for batch records

* Adhere to applicable cGMP regulation and standards while conducting work impacting GMP areas and documentation

* Use time efficiently and complete production line work in a timely manner

* Maintain, conduct, and uphold audit readiness at all times

* Must follow company's food safety, operational, and food defense guidelines

* Be able to spot finished products produced that do not meet the Customer's quality and safe foods specifications

* Be responsible for cleaning and maintaining their work area in accordance with Food Safety Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures

* Follow company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures

* Have knowledge of Atlantic Candy Company's HACCP Food Safety program and be able to identify and minimize possible hazards in the work environment that could lead to an unsafe food product

* Have knowledge of allergens that are in the production area

* Be able to monitor your own work to ensure quality of the job you are performing

* Adapt well to changing of positions on the production line

* Be able to perform production line duties such as manual lifting , packaging product, taping cases, labeling cases, etc.

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

* Good communication skills

Requirements

This position is active and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The assigned personnel must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. While performing to assigned job, the employee is required to speak, see, and hear clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
