Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning private homes in various local cities.
This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain safety and health standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the designated time frame.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to travel between job sites as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $18.62 - $19.88 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
