JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Worker / Custodian will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with a checklist of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Some handyman tasks such as hanging art, doing odd jobs, and minor landscaping may be required. Duties also include, but are not limited to painting, light plumbing, snow removal and other custodial tasks as required.

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.- 4 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED
Previous custodial or maintenance experience.
Basic handyman knowledge.
Current valid MA Driver’s License
