We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time janitorial technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning offices in various locations throughout the Sanford area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean office spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms.
- Empty trash and recycle bins.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM (flexible hours depending on workload and performance)
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Pay:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and quality of work.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
