Responsibilities:
· Perform moss removal, ensuring homes stay pristine and free from environmental buildup.
· Conduct window cleaning with precision, leaving homes with a sparkling finish.
· Utilize power washing techniques to revitalize exterior surfaces.
· Execute house washing to enhance the overall cleanliness and appeal of residential properties.
· Work comfortably on ladders and roofs to reach challenging areas.
· Adapt to different weather conditions, showcasing resilience and flexibility.
· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
· Comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
· Experience in moss removal, window cleaning, and power washing is a plus.
· Adaptability to various weather conditions.
· Authorized to work in the US.
