We are seeking a Part Time Janitorial Supervisor who is willing and able to do cleaning (in the beginning) as well as oversee/coach employees. This is a great job for a former Military leader!!!
Supervisor responsibilities include:
Filling in when other staff members are out, Training and re-training employees using our company methodology, Assisting in starting new accounts, checking accounts, dealing with Clients to problem solve, Checking supplies and delivering supply orders. Must be able to work with clients, vendors and employees in a calm, pleasant and professional manner and always represent our company with excellence. Traveling throughout Broward County to visit accounts is expected.
Cleaning schedule: Evening
Monday - Friday: Evenings
Sunday or Saturday during day may be requested
Salary and Benefits: Commensurate with your janitorial experience. You will start at a salary based on your skills and experience. Increases are possible as you grow with our company. Voluntary Dental and Vision benefits available after 60 days. Paid time off may be available based on time in the job and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Office Cleaning - more than 1 year in same job
Supervision of employees - more than 1 year
Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing) and able to communicate well with clients, supervisors, vendors and employees in a professional manner.
Military Leadership experience is highly valued for this position!!!
