Full Time Pool / Maintenance Technician Needed-
This position is Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Pool/Spa/Koi Pond Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial sized pool and accompanying spas and facilities by skimming, vacuuming, and performing chemical treatments.
- Regularly test pool water for pH; chlorine; presence of bacteria, algae, or contaminants; and other data
- Maintain pool & Spa equipment, filter/filter housings, and follow maintenance calendar.
- Ensure correct color, chemistry, and clarity of pool water.
- Calculate and add chemical treatments to maintain pH balance, eliminate contaminants, or correct other problems.
- Maintain Commercial sized Koi Pond and filter/filter housings & Pumps.
Maintenance Technician Assistant
- Under the direction of the Estate Manager & Household Engineer- Perform daily routine maintenance duties as directed that may include but not be limited to: generator repair and maintenance, central vacuum, electrical, fountains, gutter and roof, HVAC, refrigerators, ice machines, plumbing, gates/gate motors, holiday setup, and misc. tasks.
Minimum Requirements-
High school diploma or GED.
(Some college, college graduates, or other certifications A plus)
Knowledge and strong background of hands-on experience in previous positions is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
May be required to work outside normal hours.
On Call Rotation Schedule is necessary
This position is subject to background check.

- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Required to be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat
- Essential that you love to be outdoors
- Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring pools and facilities
