The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story luxury condominium hotel located in Downtown Miami. The newly completed tower offers 646 fully furnished rooms/residences, over 19,000 square feet of curated amenities and 5,000 square feet of prime retail space. Named after the iconic Elser Pier, which was built in the 1900s and became the premier place for locals and visitors to enjoy the magical shoreline of Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami, The Elser Hotel & Residences will continue this tradition.
Overview:
The Mini Bar Attendant has overall responsibility for maintaining proper levels of inventory in guest room Mini Bars to ensure guest satisfaction, and properly storing and securing all Mini Bar inventory and supplies at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.

Maintain complete knowledge of guest room layout, locations, and room numbers/names.

Check on usage/consumption of the product and restock accordingly.

Charge for consumption of product according to hotel policy.

Ensure sanitation levels.

Clean mini bars inside and outside.

Communicate guest needs to proper department.

Handle guest’s complaints and communicate to management.

Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards as required by local or state government agency.

One year experience as Room Service Server preferred.

Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Ability to stand during entire shift.
