Job Title: Duct Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning the air duct systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC system maintenance, duct cleaning, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Air Duct Cleaning:

- Perform thorough cleaning of air duct systems in residential homes.

- Utilize specialized equipment to remove dust, debris, and contaminants from ductwork.

- Inspect and assess the condition of ducts for any signs of damage or issues.

Dryer Vent Cleaning:

- Clean dryer vents to ensure optimal performance and reduce the risk of fire hazards.

- Identify and address any blockages or lint buildup in the venting system.

AC Unit Maintenance:

- Perform cleaning and maintenance on air conditioning units when weather conditions permit.

- Check and replace filters, inspect components, and ensure the efficient operation of AC systems.

Customer Interaction:

- Communicate with homeowners to explain the duct cleaning process and address any concerns.

- Provide recommendations for maintenance and improvements to optimize indoor air quality.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including before-and-after photos of cleaned ducts.

- Complete service reports and ensure proper documentation of any issues discovered during the cleaning process.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Duct Cleaning Technician or in a related HVAC maintenance role.

2. Knowledge of HVAC systems, air duct components, and cleaning procedures.

3. Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for duct cleaning.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
