ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Exemplifies commitment to The Setai’s mission of Total Guest Satisfaction
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and warm hospitality to all guests
- Ensures that all the guest’s needs are met in the Locker Rooms; including but not limited to, providing a locker, explaining the operation of the locker, providing robe and slippers, providing towels, providing vanity items, etc.
- Explains the facilities and Spam procedures to first-time guests
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of all Locker areas, including sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and common area.
- Monitors and restocks vanity area
- Empties towel baskets and trashcans in the Locker whenever half-full
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of the Gym
- Escorts guests to the treatment room when directed
- Assist therapists with setup/cleanup when directed
- Maintains familiarity with other Hotel facilities and hours
- Attends daily briefings, meetings, and training as required
- Reports to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
