1. Role and Responsibilities
As a DROP N' GO: WASH DRY FOLD PARTNER under the Drop n Go Laundry Xpress umbrella, you will run your own wash, dry, and fold business independently. This is a 1099 contractor position.
Responsibilities:
- Business Management: Manage your own wash, dry, and fold business, including setting your hours of operation and conducting additional marketing efforts.
- Facility Cleaning: Ensure the facility is cleaned daily, including the bathroom and machines, and emptying the trash.
- Maintenance Duties: Clean out dryer traps weekly, shine machines weekly, clean washers, and change roof air filters on the 1st of every month.
- Monthly Maintenance Fee: Pay a $400 maintenance fee per month for the upkeep and maintenance of machines. This fee will be deducted from your partnership earnings at the end of each month. The maintenance fee is subject to change per quarter based on average repair costs, light, water, gas, and internet costs.
- Partnership Management: Managing our partnership process is a privilege. You must input accurate data daily. Consistent issues with our partnership team can lead to an end to our agreement
- Damage Reporting: Any damages or new issues with machines and/or premises must be reported within 2 business days.
2. Earnings
- Income: All earnings from your business operations go directly to you.
- Partnership Income: For laundry orders we partner on , you will be compensated at $1.20 per pound or $21 a bag, depending on whether our clients are per bag or per pound clients.
Each week a report will be generated , and you will be paid weekly on the following Wednesday. All costs of washing, drying, and folding will be your responsibility.
- Commercial Contracts: Any commercial contracts received and/or delivered to us online will be yours to complete at a 75% / 25% split, with you receiving the larger portion.

4. Requirements
- LLC: Must have a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your own business operations and marketing efforts.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure the facility is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and
functionality.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent service to customers.
5. Use of Space
- Alterations: You may not make any alterations to the space without written permission from the Owner.
- Responsibility for Damages: If anything is broken, it will be your responsibility to fix or replace it.
6. Term and Termination
- Term: This agreement will begin on TBD, and continue until terminated by either party
with 30 days' written notice.
- Termination for Cause: The Owner may terminate this agreement immediately if the Partner fails
to perform their responsibilities, engages in misconduct, or breaches any terms of this agreement.
Neglecting responsibilities to the facilities may also be grounds for termination of the agreement.
7. Indemnification
- Indemnification: The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Partner's business operations.
8. Liabilities
- Liabilities: For liability purposes, the Partner is not permitted to house animals, children, or any other personal dependents in the store.
9. Exclusivity
- Exclusivity: Our Partnership contract and office space are exclusive to you. In the future, we may have other laundry partners who will have the opportunity to utilize the space. However, priority will always go to you.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
