Located in North Dallas, Goldnest Property Management is looking for a cleaning inspector to help us deliver the utmost lavish, fresh and sparkling clean homes to our properties guests. We manage a large portfolio of single family homes ready to host short term renters all year around.
Responsibilities:
- Be a role model to team members - exude professionalism and a fantastic work ethic.
- Compile cleaning inspections to our vacation rental properties, using our user-friendly online checklist and reporting tools.
- Monitor cleaning reports submitted by various cleaning crews.
- Conduct performance reviews of new and experienced cleaning crews.
- Communicate with the Housekeeping head of department regarding daily tasks, schedules, obstacles, reports and more.
- Instruct and monitor proper usage, storage and handling of all cleaning materials, supplies, and linen.
Attributes and Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the cleaning industry.
- You works extremely well under pressure and are a pro at multi-tasking.
- You pride yourself in your keen eye for detail - you really do see every spec of dust!
- You are a self-starter, and of course your time- management and organizational skills are exceptional.
- You have excellent communication skills and have a lovely way of getting your point across.
