Pulse Cleaning Services is seeking skilled technicians to provide top-quality power washing and gutter cleaning services for residential properties. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom of setting your own schedule while delivering excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform power washing services for residential properties, including homes, driveways, and decks
- Clean and maintain residential gutters, ensuring proper drainage and functionality
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and the Pulse Cleaning Services team
- Manage your own schedule and report completed jobs promptly
Requirements:
- Must have your own power washing and gutter cleaning equipment (power washer, ladder, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in residential power washing and gutter cleaning is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
