We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residential and commercial clients. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills in facilities maintenance and custodial services.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties, including homes, offices, and public spaces.
- Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing.
- Ensure all areas are dust-free and sanitized.
- Paint walls, doors, and trim as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is in good condition.
- Clean and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and solutions.
- Clean and maintain industrial spaces, including warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
- Perform porter duties, including emptying trash cans and recycling bins.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure a thorough and quality cleaning job.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents.
- Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Skills:
- Cleaning and maintaining facilities.
- Experience in floor care and buffing.
- Ability to paint and perform minor repairs.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and custodial services.
- Experience in industrial cleaning and porter duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning and the ability to follow safety protocols.

- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
