Entry Level Management - Duct Cleaning Service Technician
Star Ducts is a leading provider of air duct cleaning services in Washington. We take pride in keeping homes safe and efficient by offering top-notch air duct and dryer vent cleaning services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and skilled Duct/Dryer Vent Cleaning Technicians to join our team.
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Air Duct Cleaning Technicians to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients throughout Washington. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in our air duct cleaning services, preventing dryer fires, and ensuring the safety of our customers' homes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough air duct cleaning and dryer vent inspections and cleanings.
- Identify and address potential issues that may cause dryer inefficiency or fire hazards.
- Educate customers on the importance of regular air duct and dryer vent maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and recommendations.
- Keep a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Capable of working at heights up to two stories.
- Experienced in working on 24 ft. and 32 ft. extension ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
