Local disaster restoration company located in Renton WA -- experiencing continual growth is looking for a full-time Disaster Restoration Technician.

Candidates for this position will need to have a positive attitude, be team orientated, and have the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Duties will primarily include:

Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers
Place drying equipment to dry and stabilize indoor structures
Communicate effectively with customers and provide update to Project Managers
Perform emergency services after hours -(When on Call) - Participate on-call rotation every 4th - 6th week depending on crew
Complete documentation, including technician's daily log, work orders, and appropriate restoration documentation

Minimum requirements

Flexible schedule
Valid Driver’s License – Must be insurable (No DUI's, SR22)
Able to pass a criminal background check ( No Felonies)
Able to lift and carry 45 lbs. for at least 100 ft.
Background in restoration, demo, cleaning and construction a plus.

IICRC Certifications a plus – but willing to train the right person that has industry knowledge or construction background

Compensation Includes:

$ 57,200 - $ 84,100 per Hour DOE
On Call - Callout Bonus
