FACILITIES MANAGER

Job Overview:
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee and manage a small team of janitors to handle the maintenance of exercise equipment, and the cleanliness of our 25,000 sq.ft gym.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in daily operations
- Recruit and train a team of janitors
- Hold the team accountable to high standards of productivity and cleanliness
- Fix any equipment as needed to the best of your abilities
- Manage department payroll and stay under budget
- Leadership by example
Experience:
- at least 2 years of gym industry maintenance preferred, but any facility experience where cleanliness is a high priority will suffice.
