Performs basic cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and vacuuming. Fills dispensers with the correct product. Listens and responds to customers’ needs promptly and respectfully. Listens to directions and completes tasks. Mixes chemicals correctly and wears personal protective equipment.
Normal work hours are 5:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Position may require weekend, overtime, day, or evening hours.
Phone calls to the department are not necessary in order to be considered for this position.
Minimum Education/Experience
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Some positions may require special licenses or certification.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
The ability to operate state-owned vehicles.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and also the ability to follow instructions.
Physically able to perform medium to heavy housekeeping duties.
