POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a role where being “picky” will be the key to your success as our vacation rental Housekeeping Inspector. In this position, you will act as our safeguard, ensuring each of our properties not only meets our cleanliness standards but are ready to “wow” guests and owners at every check-in.
Your Day To Day:
As a Housekeeping Inspector, your day-to-day work will involve a mix of responsibilities. Typically, a shift might start with reviewing the day's assignments and prioritizing properties based on guest check-ins and check-outs. You'll commute to each location, conducting thorough inspections to verify that each property has been meticulously cleaned, staged, and re-stocked. Your eye for detail will be crucial in identifying any areas needing additional attention.
As a team player, we’ll also rely on you to pitch in when necessary with hands-on tasks such as occasional cleaning or staging to support the housekeeping team. As needed, you’ll also deliver items to guests during their stay (upon request), make household purchases, and help manage the “Lost and Found.”

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform inspections of properties to ensure they are guest-ready per company standards and assist with ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Communicating any issues found to the proper channel via software used by our company
- Preparing amenities and linens for housekeepers to take to their properties
- Purchasing household goods, receiving, unpacking deliveries, and delivering items to guests as needed
- Preparing linens and towels for sending to laundry and folding linens and towels
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Ensuring the property is ready for occupancy for a guest, VIP, or owner. Work closely and communicate with the maintenance, property management, and reservations departments
- Coordinate the return of "Lost and Found" items with the reservations department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 or more years as a Housekeeping Inspector strongly desired
- Must have a high school diploma
- Possess a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Reliable transportation is necessary; must be dependable and punctual, with a trustworthy and reliable character at all times.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $18 - $22 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Available based on performance
