We are currently looking for an experienced housekeeper/Caretaker to fill immediate vacancy in Sioux Falls, SD.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience.
Responsibilities of the Housekeeper/Caretaker
A qualified Housekeeper must have general knowledge and experience in the following:
- Cleans and maintains all public areas, storage areas and administrative areas.
- Turns all vacant apartment homes after resident moves out in a timely manner.
- Prepares and completes final touch-ups on apartment homes prior to new resident moves in.
- Dusts, vacuums and overall maintains all public areas, hallways, pool areas, fitness room, community room, and other spaces assigned.
- Refurnish areas with supplies as needed and use of cleaning chemicals is required.
- Has a good understanding of safety, including: best practices & application guidelines
- Has excellent work ethic and is dependable
- Must provide good customer service and have a driven attitude
Requirements of the Housekeeper/Caretaker
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Has excellent work ethic and is dependable

- Ability to lift and/or carry weighted objects occasionally.
