Job Title: Office Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within our office premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and organized workspace for our employees and visitors. The candidate will be willing to work 2 hours or more per visit and 7 days per week including weekends.

Wages starting from $14.60 -$20.68 depending on your experience

Duties:
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Handle custodial duties including emptying trash bins and sanitizing restrooms
- Utilize buffing equipment to maintain the cleanliness of floors
- Assist with residential painting tasks as needed
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and organized
- Contribute to facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance issues promptly
- Support with floor care activities to uphold a professional appearance
- Collaborate with the team to provide porter services when required
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks efficiently

Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and custodial work
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and floor care procedures
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of cleaning schedules and supplies
- Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job effectively
