POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring part-time and full-time House Cleaners. This role involves prioritizing customer requests, ensuring high-quality cleaning services, and maintaining our reputation for excellence. We're looking for individuals with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to our mission. We offer flexible shifts part-time and full-time to work around your schedule, with guaranteed Sundays off. We service all of Fort Lauderdale and strive to always limit commute time and assign cleaners with work local to them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCES AND REFERENCES
- Perform various cleaning activities including laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and polishing.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens (including stoves, microwaves, and refrigerators), and ensure all rooms are inspected and meet company standards.
- Follow cleaning checklists and quality control measures.
- Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
- Maintain punctuality and communicate any job delays.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company practices.
- Strive for a 5-star review with every job.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have cleaning experience and references.
- Reliable transportation with current insurance.
- Valid driver's license and clean background check.
- Working smartphone.
- Must have nontoxic cleaning supplies and tools: vacuum, mop, and cleaning supplies.
- Must speak English and possess excellent communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Proficient cleaning skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift (at least 30 lbs).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working without direct supervision.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Pay ranging from $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
- Monthly gas and cleaning supply stipend.
- Earn 100% of the tips.
- Flexible schedule with day shifts available Monday through Saturday, never have to work on Sundays.
