Job Duties /Tasks / Results/ Responsibilities
- General and preventative maintenance to building equipment
- Change, replace, install equipment include, toilets, toilet seats, water tanks, doors, hinges, stops, knobs, locks, fuses, circuit breakers, light bulbs, switches.
- Minor repairs to electrical plumbing, include but not limited to faucets, shower heads, pipe sections. Desk chairs, beds, headboards, dressers, shelves, window tracks, window shades, ceiling tiles, vacuum cleaners, kitchen equipment and TV sets as needed.
- Ensure TV/Lodgenet and all electrical circuits and in good working order
- Open safes
- Minor repairs to furniture
- Maintain and clean all equipment used to perform repairs.
- Maintain engineering shop/storage areas organized and clean for proper working environment
- Check stock and request materials as needed.
- Monitor and maintain pool cleaning
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical and operation problems

- Knowledge of general maintenance including electrical and plumbing
