Overview:
We are seeking an On-Call Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and industrial cleaning, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position offers the opportunity to make some extra money while doing new things and going to help out at new clients each shift.
Scheduling:
Candidate must be willing to dedicate, at minimum, two nights in a row (excluding Sunday) to be available for on-call pickup. Time per night must be at minimum 6 hours of available cleaning time. Candidate will be notified of pick-up either day before or anytime up until 6PM of the day which is dedicated. Currently we have on average 1 pickup available per week on a random day.
Training:
Paid training. You will be trained during your onboarding process and trained at each new location prior to picking up the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of business spaces
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas
- Wiping down surfaces and maintaining a tidy appearance throughout the office
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or related field
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with office staff and management
