Job Overview:
This role’s primary responsibility will be to assist the homeowners with housekeeper responsibilities as well as daily business and personal tasks. This position requires excellent multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and knowledge of planning and time management skills to keep busy executives on track.
Duties:
· Cleaning, stocking, and managing all aspects regarding the household and household functions.
· Laundry: personal clothing and ironing.
· Dry cleaning: Have all cleaning in bag and put out for pick up. When the cleaning comes back, remove all cleaning from bags, distribute, including transferring clothing onto the correct numbered hangars.
· Keeping all drawers of clothing sorted and folded neatly.
· Grocery shopping: purchasing items on the list plus checking the refrigerator and pantry for stock items (Check list Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s).
· Other shopping: check stock of all disposable goods and cleaning supplies one day a week; help create and maintain the shopping list as needs of the house change.
· Prepping meals and cooking as requested, see schedule on Monday as to dinners at home that week.
· Set the table for dinner every evening that you know we are having dinner at home, confirm daily how many will be eating and whether it is inside or outside.
· Straightening and cleaning up all workdays by checking the whole house to make sure all rooms are tidy and in order.
· Interacting with outside vendors regarding the house as directed by owners or as a need arises.
· Packing for trips from a list and helping to manage personal medications and vitamins.
· Monthly credit card reconciliation for expenditures.
Daily Tasks Include but not limited to:
· Make or change beds.
· Keep refrigerator and all drawers, cabinets, and pantry clean and organized.
· Clean bathrooms most frequented and check for stocking needs.
· Clean BBQ sink and counters, and grill according to needs.
· Empty all trash containers in the house and put new bag.
· Vacuum and sweep as necessary.
· Check all candle holders and change as needed.
Weekly Tasks Include but not limited to:
· Sweep and mop floors.
· Make sure all plants are maintained, including herb garden.
· Must be able to manage outside vendors including (but not limited to) maintenance, yard, window and deep cleaning crews.
Experience/Qualifications:
- High school diploma, associate degree preferred
- 2+ years assistant experience
- Valid Driver’s license & Personal Vehicle required
· Spanish speaking a plus
· Proven work experience as a personal assistant
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Must have a cell phone and a reliable car
· Specialized skill sets required by Personal Assistants are interpersonal communication, organization, professional correspondence, ability to multitask, and prioritize assignments.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
