Echelon Luxury Properties is a locally owned premier vacation rental manager of high-end properties in Destin and along 30A.
We are people-first company looking for a well-organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ability to go above and beyond is a must.
· Manage all aspects of the housekeeping, linen procurement, laundry, and quality assurance processes to help ensure the complete care of our top tier properties
· Manage the day to day operations of our warehouse
· Communicate regularly with other team members to improve efficiency, make recommendations and continuously add to the value proposition of Echelon Luxury Properties
· Act as liaison and between our linen, laundry, quality assurance and housekeeping vendors and all departments within the company
· Assist in the new property Onboarding Process and other projects on an as needed basis
· Inspect and arrange for housekeeping to meet our best in class standards
· Maintain a positive, proactive and productive relationship with our stakeholders
· Oversee warehouse personnel, assess and take measures to improve overall performance & workflow
· Work closely with Executive team and report regularly on performance and needs
· Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective vendors to benefit the business

· Proven work history in the Vacation Rental Space
· Well organized with excellent time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $61,000.00 per hour
