DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work to maintain a clean work environment for internal and external customers, including all on-site Wilson Logistics and related facilities to include residence, outbuildings, pool/spa areas.
- Ensure safety around the main office and personal Wilson property.
- Laundry services.
- Empty garbage cans.
- Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop all floors.
- Use cleaning products on common surfaces and areas.
- Gardening and yard maintenance to include light landscaping of flowers, flower beds & small shrubbery.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to noise, heat, excessive changes in temperature and humidity. This position will be working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Associate is frequently required to use various cleaning products and equipment. Associate must occasionally climb a ladder, sit, stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, pull, flex, extend, rotate neck and wrists, rotate forearms, reach vertically and horizontally, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to use hands together and separately at all levels from ankle to above head. Must use both feet together, separately, and repetitively to operate equipment. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must be able to hear and follow instruction.

- Housekeeping experience
- Comfortable and familiar with cleaning supplies.
- Reliability including timekeeping.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to identify areas needing attention and act accordingly to correct deficiencies without direct and constant supervision. Eye for detail.
