As a Private Residence Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall tidiness of a private household. Your role is essential in ensuring a comfortable and inviting living environment for the residents, while also upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms within the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must possess physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
- Laundry and Linen Care: Manage the household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes, linens, and towels. Ensure that all garments and linens are properly cleaned and stored according to the residents' preferences.
- Organization and Tidying: Maintain order and organization throughout the residence by tidying up clutter, arranging belongings, and ensuring that items are stored in their designated places. Assist with decluttering and organizing projects as requested.
- Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as needed, such as cleaning windows, blinds, light fixtures, and appliances. Pay attention to detail in cleaning high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and delicate items.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish household cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential items. Keep track of inventory levels and inform the household manager or employer when supplies need to be replenished.
- Care of Fine Furnishings and Surfaces: Handle delicate furnishings, artwork, and surfaces with care to prevent damage or wear. Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to preserve the integrity of fine materials and finishes.
- Security and Privacy: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the residents and their belongings. Adhere to security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the household at all times.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and clear communication with the household manager, employers, and other staff members to coordinate tasks and schedules effectively. Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless operation and service delivery.
- The ideal housekeeper must be pet-friendly and comfortable working in an environment with dogs and cats.
- You must be Physically Fit due to workload (You will be required to service and carry equipment on multiple floors).
- Perform detailed deep cleans when required.
- Housekeepers are required to handle tasks such as unpacking boxes stocking inventory for a private client and performing other duties as needed.
Requirements:High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) Cleaning experience.

- During the probationary period, the selected housekeepers will undergo an evaluation period to ensure they meet the standards and expectations of the private client.
Ability to commute:
- Newport Coast, Irvine, CA, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, and other locations as they arise: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) The housekeeper must have a valid driver's license along with reliable transportation to fulfill duties effectively for the private client. Work Location: In person and may vary depending on the client's Movements. Areas include Irvine, Newport Coast, Laguna Niguel
