About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. Our corporate location is currently working Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, occasional overtime. Our north shop location is currently working Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to floor care, industrial cleaning, buffing, commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance.
- Conduct residential painting as needed.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized.
- Handle waste disposal following proper procedures.
- Assist with porter and custodial duties as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance roles.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards efficiently.
- Experience with buffing and floor care techniques.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
