Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities.
Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Disinfect and sanitize surfaces using appropriate cleaning products
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and stock restrooms with required supplies
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned in a timely manner
- Notify management of any damages or maintenance issues
Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
