Your Role as a Cleaning Technician
As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment for all our dogs. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dog rooms using a high-pressure cleaning system, properly disposing of pet waste, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. You will be expected to perform regular deep cleaning tasks and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including the lobby, breakroom, office, bathrooms, and feeding room. Additionally, you'll be responsible for stocking snacks and drinks in designated areas.
Your responsibilities will also include performing basic maintenance tasks to keep the premises in optimal condition. This includes conducting regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards. The role extends to maintaining the exterior of the facility, which may involve light landscaping duties and snow removal during winter months. You will also assist with other tasks as needed to ensure that every pet in our care receives proper attention and care.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift more than 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
