Job Purpose

We're seeking a Regional Manager to lead a Specialty Services Team in the initiation, execution, and completion of recurring Janitorial Service work orders for a designated region.

Responsibilities

· Directs workflow in a Janitorial Solutions region, ensuring top-quality service delivery to clients.

· Manages revenue and resources effectively, overseeing projects to meet sales targets and strategic goals.

· Acts as a liaison for client communication, managing work orders, and ensuring client satisfaction.

· Collaborates with leadership to implement operational enhancements, secure new business, and integrate new clients into the region.

Requirements

· 5 to 7+ years of commercial facility management experience required

· Bachelor of Business Administration preferred, or 7 to 9 years of related experience without a degree

· Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable environment

· Six Sigma or a similar program preferred

· Advanced computer skills including email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, database activity, internet use, and record keeping
