Founded by a Texas Realtor® and her IT/Cybersecurity Manager husband, MetroTex Cleaning Co. strives to service our clients with excellence. We offer flexibility. Get a flexible work schedule by being an Independent Cleaner with us. We are currently looking for qualified independent house & office cleaners with previous cleaning experience to join our company.
Non-exclusive - No problem if you already have your own customers. Use MetroTex Cleaning Co. to fill-in the gaps in your schedule.
Pick your territory - You set the areas that you want to work.
Make great money! - We pay an average of $15-$25 per hour, plus Tips. How much you make depends on how much you want to work.
Weekly payouts - Payouts are processed on a weekly basis.
Flexible schedule - You pick when you'd like to work. You set your own cleaning schedule. You will see available jobs and will be able to select which jobs you want to do.
What we're looking for:
Each qualified prospect will undergo a background screening. You must pass the screening process to be considered.
Transportation:
Your own means of getting to- and from- clients on time!
Supplies:
Your own cleaning products and equipment (some clients also prefer eco-friendly options and some might want you to use their products)
Phone and email:
Access to a smart phone and email (and Internet connection at all times).
Once a housecleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.
Qualifications:
- Be available Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Cell phone is required
- Must speak English ( or be able to use a translator app)
- Must Have: 1+ years house cleaning experience
- Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
Responsibilites:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Be proficient and ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard.
