Title: Janitor/Groundskeeper
Location: Pyote, Texas
Position Type: 1099 Hourly contract
Responsibilities:
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Clean and maintain restrooms & breakrooms.
Maintain site grounds and all buildings including sweeping, trash pickup, etc.
Inspects all areas of the site daily and provides additional cleanings as needed.
Assist in filter cleaning of buildings as needed.
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Follows daily/weekly cleaning schedule and sign off on each item completed.
Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
Follows safety rules and precautions.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations.
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism.
Must be able to manage time efficiently and work well independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
