We are looking for qualified eCommerce Fulfillment Specialists to join our Fit2Run Family in our Corporate office/Distribution Center in Lakewood Ranch (we will be moving to our amazing new corporate location soon located at 311 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL).
This is an onsite position.
OVERVIEW
As an eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing and shipment for our online retail operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and timely. The qualified candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders and organize/categorize packing slips from processed web orders to prepare merchandise for picking.
- Verify customer information to ensure the package is sent to and received by the correct customer.
- Perform quality control checks to verify the accuracy and condition of products before shipment.
- Use order management systems and shipping software to process orders, generate shipping labels, and update order status.
- Track orders that were packaged and shipped on a daily basis.
- Ensure all packages are loaded onto the correct outbound delivery track for timely delivery to customers.
- Responsible for ensuring that warehouse merchandise is stocked correctly, in proper order, and maintain organization and tidiness of shelves and racks.
- Load/unload tracks with merchandise coming to and from the Ecommerce department.
- Accurately receive merchandise from new purchase orders or store transfers by scanning, organizing and stocking items in their designated areas.
- Assist Distribution Center Management with Cleaning /organization, processing Return to vendor /defective merchandise, transfers/splits, and expo preparation.
- Clean and organize shipping and processing areas to ensure a safe working area.
- Communicate with Ecommerce and distribution management with any questions and concerns daily.
- Assist Ecommerce Management team upon request.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to frequently lift at least 40lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours per day and safely use ladders and step stools consistently throughout the workday.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
