JOB DESCRIPTION:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mop, strip, wax and polish hard surface floors.
Operates powered floor equipment.
Move furniture to clean floor around and underneath.
Cleans and vacuums designated resident/patient and administrative areas.
Reports unusual conditions such as insect infestation or needed repairs to supervisor.
Cleans parking lot and minor landscaping duties, such as blowing debris from sidewalks.
May be responsible for carpet extraction as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
Ability to read and write English.
Must be able to move furniture and use floor equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Requires ability to read and write English. Must be able to move furniture and use floor equipment
Years of Experience
Experience operating powered floor cleaning equipment is required.
