In this role you will play a crucial part in helping us reach our growth targets by generating and closing sales. Convert one time to recurring clients and focus on new growth strategies.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through inbound leads and cold calling and building real, authentic relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Reviewing and assessing properties/homes (walk throughs)
- Providing quotes/estimates
- Explaining the services that our company offers
- Communicating with potential and current clients for upsell opportunities
- Generate and close sales through inbound leads and cold-calling.
- Manage the whole life cycle sales process from lead generation to close
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Answering phones/scheduling appointments
- Calling leads
- Following up on appointments, doing appointment reminder calls, collecting money
- Answering emails and text messages from customers
- Inputting work orders into CRM

This will be a full time position from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Applicants must be able to type quickly while being on the phone. This is a fast paced environment and applicants must be able to multi-task and stay organized while paying attention to details.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
