Job Description: Professional Housekeeper

Position Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our living spaces are tidy, sanitary, and well-maintained. My home is located on Clearwater Beach.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly wipe all counter surfaces, ensuring they are clean and free of stains and debris.
Dishwashing: Load and unload the dishwasher, ensuring all dishes are properly cleaned and stored.
Floor Cleaning: Mop all hardwood floors to maintain a pristine and polished appearance.
Laundry Services: Manage the laundry, including washing, ironing, and steaming clothes to keep garments in optimal condition.
Vacuuming: Vacuum all carpeted areas to remove dust, dirt, and allergens.
Organizing: Return items and clothing to their designated areas to maintain orderliness throughout the home.

Primary Cleaning Areas:

Master Bedroom and Bathroom: Ensure these areas are impeccably clean, organized, and inviting.
Living Room: Maintain a comfortable and welcoming living space by keeping it clean and clutter-free.
Kitchen Area: Ensure the kitchen is sanitary and orderly, ready for use at any time.
Main Powder Room: Keep the powder room spotless and well-stocked with essentials.
Occasional Cleaning: Dust and clean spare bedrooms and bathrooms as needed.

Work Schedule:

Days: 4-5 days a week during weekdays
Hours: Between 11:00 PM and 4:30 PM the job needs to be completed. Looking for someone to come in for 3-4 hours per day.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
